She has 20 years of securities audit experience. Her work includes IPOs, annual audits of A-share and H-share companies and major groups, securitisation, significant restructurings, acquisitions and US SOX internal control audits.
Her experience spans listed-company and major-group audits across pharmaceuticals, environmental services, manufacturing and real estate, as well as capital markets and internal control work.
Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Management Engineering from Hunan University and Master of International Business from Clermont School of Business in France.
She serves as an independent director of a listed company and as an external supervisor for accounting master’s students at South China University of Technology, Guangdong University of Technology and Guangdong University of Finance.

She has worked in securities audit for 20 years, including nearly a decade with Deloitte and a secondment in Hong Kong. She has led or participated in annual audits of A-share and H-share companies, IPOs, internal control audits and tax audits.
Her sector experience includes pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, real estate, financial services and power.
He has worked in securities audit for 14 years, focusing on corporate restructuring, IPOs and listed-company annual audits. He has also participated in regulatory on-site inspections of IPO applicants and listed companies.
He is familiar with the filing processes and disclosure requirements of the Main Board, ChiNext, STAR Market and Beijing Stock Exchange.
He has worked in public accounting for 12 years, including nearly seven years with Ruihua. He has participated in or led major-group annual audits, listed-company audits, IPOs and special-purpose audits.
His sector experience includes pharmaceuticals, computing and telecommunications, professional services, equipment manufacturing, construction and real estate.
He has eight years of audit experience, covering annual audits and interim reviews of A-share and H-share companies as well as domestic and overseas IPOs. He also has experience in major-group consolidation audits.
His sector experience includes pharmaceuticals, real estate, transport, manufacturing, retail and software.
He has eight years of public-accounting experience, including three years with PwC. His work includes financial statement audits, internal control audits, information systems audits and the design of internal control frameworks.
He works on the links between business systems, financial data and control processes. His sector experience includes pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, food and beverage, semiconductors, steel and healthcare.
She has 15 years of experience in financial management and tax. Her work includes tax health checks, risk response, tax planning and finance process reviews.
Her sector experience includes manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, import and export, property development and property management.
He has worked in tax for 12 years and is familiar with corporate income tax, VAT, land appreciation tax, individual income tax and export tax rebates.
His work includes tax audits, restructuring due diligence, tax advice for public REITs and internal control engagements. He also researches environmental tax practice.
He has 12 years of public-accounting experience and has worked in securities audit since 2014. His work includes listed-company annual audits, IPO audits, bond-issuance audits, acquisition audits and financial due diligence.
His experience covers audit and advisory work across state-owned groups, energy, electronics manufacturing, healthcare and new-energy vehicles.
She has 13 years of public-accounting experience, including more than seven years with Ruihua. She has worked on annual audits of major groups and A-share and H-share companies, IPOs, special-purpose audits and public REIT engagements.
Her experience covers pharmaceuticals, environmental services, lighting, public REITs and commercial real estate.
She has more than 10 years of audit experience, covering annual audits of state-owned and listed companies, IPOs and special-purpose audits. She is familiar with financial accounting, data analysis, financial management and internal control processes.
Her experience covers compliance reviews for major state-owned groups, internal control and risk management, compliance framework development and annual audits in the pharmaceutical sector.
